This was the same situation
I found myself in when I became a Mortgage Broker way back in 1996.
And little has changed since then.
I knew that in order to rev
up my production as fast as possible I need some good training.
And fast. I checked into every training source I could find. What
I found was horrible.
Either I could pay over
a thousand dollars and sit in a stuffy class for a week or two,
or I could pay a few hundred dollars for a book written 15 years
ago. These two options are still

It took me a while to get to
